A strong focus on the 4 pillars of Preparation for Adulthood: Independence, Community Inclusion, Employment and Health & Wellbeing. Designed to develop the soft skills needed to step towards vocational training or employment.

A course designed to give the interns a rich learning experience across a range of job roles and learning companies. This prepares the learners for the world of work in a supported college environment.
