Occupational Studies for the Workplace - Hospitality and Catering
This free* Level 1 adult short course allows you to start your journey into the dynamic world of hospitality and catering.
Taking place in June on Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm for two weeks
Food Safety 1-day short course
Our one-day Level 2 Food Safety course is designed for those who work in a food handling capacity.
The course covers topics that are regarded by the Food Standards Agency as important for maintaining good practice, as well as updating your knowledge of laws and regulations.
