Award in Mentoring - Level 2
Gain the confidence and practical skills to support others effectively with this introductory mentoring qualification, perfect for anyone looking to develop their leadership or guidance abilities.
Delivered over two engaging half-day sessions on Friday 1st May and Friday 8th May, you’ll explore key mentoring techniques that can strengthen your professional impact and open new pathways in a range of sectors.
This course is free for those who are unemployed, earning below £25,750, or aged 19-23 and do not have a Level 2 qualification.
Certificate in Customer Service for Health and Social Care Settings
Enhance your confidence and communication skills with this free* adult short course, designed to help you deliver excellent customer service within health and social care environments. Starting 22nd April 2026, this course will give you the essential knowledge and understanding needed to support service users effectively and professionally.
Award in bookkeeping - Level 1
This qualification introduces the role of a bookkeeper and the underpinning knowledge to identify and carry out simple different bookkeeping activities, such as income and expenditure, profit and loss, and asset and liabilities.
Starting on April 16th for two hours each week, over 10 weeks, between 1pm and 3pm.
Award in Business Skills
This Level 1 qualification covers a range of skills and relevant supporting knowledge to help prepare students for applying numbers in business and working in a business environment.
The course starts on 18th September from 1pm – 3pm for 10 weeks
Award in Social Media Marketing
This half-day course takes place on Monday 22 April from 1pm to 4pm, giving you a chance to explore how digital tools and platforms are used to promote products and services.
If you can’t attend this session, additional opportunities will be available on Monday 25 May and Monday 29 June.
