RB Electrical Services Signs the Employer Pledge of Excellence

We are delighted to announce that RB Electrical Services, based in Cleator Moor, has become the latest Gold Key Partner in our Employer Pledge of Excellence initiative. 

This exciting partnership highlights RB Electrical Services’ dedication to developing skills and supporting the next generation of talent, while continuing to deliver expert services across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. 

With experience in the design, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems, RB Electrical has built a strong reputation, allowing them to work alongside leading companies such as Bendall’s Engineering, McMenon Engineering, Sellafield and Iggesund Paperboard. 

By signing the pledge, RB Electrical Services is helping to create high-quality work placement opportunities, support apprenticeships, and build clear pathways into the electrical and engineering industries for local students. 

Speaking about their commitment, Managing Director and Owner Ryan Bound said: “We host as many work placements as we possibly can throughout the year.  

“We use Lakes College as our primary training provider, so all of our current apprentices are on courses through the college – hence why we’re proud to be a Gold Member of the Employer Pledge of Excellence.”
