Lakes College currently have no local union representatives onsite and we are actively working with UCU / Union to recruit for representatives.
Facility Time Publication Requirements 2022/223
The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 came into force on 1 April 2017. Public sector employers must publish this information annually covering the 12-month period beginning 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.
Facility time is time off taken by a union official that is permitted by the institution in order to carry out trade union duties.
