APM Project Management

APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) with Lakes College, an accredited APM provider.

APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) is a knowledge based qualification that allows candidates to demonstrate knowledge of all elements of project management.

The course will provide a detailed understanding of the tools, techniques and principles which are key to successful project management and delivery, working towards preparing candidates to undertake the APM project management qualification exam on completion of the course.

 

Key areas covered will include:

  • structure of project lifecycles
  • contexts and environments in which
  • projects are delivered
  • effective communications
  • stakeholder management
  • risk and quality management
  • leadership and teamwork

 

Who is it suitable for:
The course is intended for active and aspiring project managers, ideally with recent project experience. Delegates should have experience of working in a project environment and have a basic understanding of project management issues.
