PAT TESTING AND MAINTENANCE

2377: In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT) & the Management Requirements for the Maintenance of Electrical Equipment (Level 3).

Do you work in facilities or estate management?
Perhaps you’re a handyman, caretaker or would benefit from being able to complete PAT testing in your job role if so, this course is for you…

What will this course allow me to do?
• Complete in-house PAT testing
• Test portable electrical appliances
• Improve health and safety knowledge
• Carry out inspection and testing

PAT TESTING AND MAINTENANCE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Aged 18 or above, (a knowledge of electrical systems and hazards of electricity would be beneficial).

ASSESSMENT METHODS
You will be assessed with both a practical and multiple choice test.

WHAT NEXT?
Once you’ve completed one of the Level 3 courses you can progress on to our Level 4 Award in the Design and Verification of Electrical Installations (2396).
