Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship
The Level 2 apprenticeship in customer service aims to build on good practice in any industry or to support their technical expertise in their job role, acknowledging the importance of effective communication and service delivery. Apprentices will be expected to deal with a range of customers face to face and will benefit from gaining knowledge, understanding and experience of dealing with both routine and more difficult customers, while building confidence in their use of communication.
