Steve Naylor, Chairman of National College for Nuclear, shares his thoughts about apprenticeships.
“The 14th annual celebration of apprenticeships, will showcase the impact apprenticeships can have on communities, local businesses and regional economies and how they all benefit from the impact of apprenticeships. The theme of ‘Build the Future’ is appropriate for 2021. The last year has been hard for everyone and its an apt time to focus on how employers train, retain and achieve with apprenticeships.”
“The National College for Nuclear is fully engaged in supporting and promoting apprenticeships up to Degree Level that develop existing employees and provide the new skilled workforce for the future.”
“The National College for Nuclear has a National network of Approved Providers, from Suffolk to Morecambe and Somerset to Cumbria, that offer employer focused apprenticeships that lead to valuable and worthwhile careers. We urge all employers and providers to celebrate the positive impact apprenticeships have on individuals, businesses and the economy.”
