This short course helps employees develop a clear, practical understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. It supports staff to recognise unconscious bias, understand protected characteristics, and treat colleagues and customers fairly, respectfully and professionally.
Participants will explore how inclusive behaviours improve teamwork, customer experience and organisational reputation, while helping employers meet legal and ethical responsibilities. The course is highly practical, focusing on real workplace situations and how to respond appropriately and confidently. This course is ideal for: all staff, new starters, supervisors, customer-facing teams and line managers.This course takes place on April 17th between 9am and 4pm.

Costs
*This course is free for adults aged 19-plus if they are unemployed, or earn below £35,000. It is also free for all adults aged 19-23-years-old who do not already hold a Level 2 qualification. You must also meet UK residency requirements. To study this course for free you must provide evidence of income/employment status.
