The course supports organisations to meet equality and inclusion responsibilities while improving productivity, staff retention and wellbeing.
Ideal for: managers, supervisors, HR teams, team leaders and customer-facing staff. Business benefits: improved staff performance, reduced misunderstandings, stronger inclusion culture, compliance with equality duties.
