The NCFE Level 2 Award in Mentoring is designed to equip learners with the essential skills and knowledge needed to become effective and confident mentors in a variety of settings.

This introductory qualification provides a clear understanding of the mentor’s role, including key responsibilities, ethical considerations, and the importance of building positive, supportive relationships. Learners will develop core mentoring skills such as active listening, effective communication, and reflective practice, enabling them to guide and motivate others successfully.

Completing this qualification can enhance employability and open pathways into mentoring roles across sectors such as education, youth work, and community services.
