La Rue is the best kept culinary secret in west Cumbria, based in the heart of the college our training restaurant produces menus executed to the highest standard. Using fresh ingredients and the first hand industry knowledge given to them from our tutors who have worked in some of the best restaurants in the country students produce food that Gordon Ramsey would be proud of at a fraction of the cost!
