Fast Facts

Apprentices must achieve at least 28 credits to achieve the Certificate, of which a minimum of 15 must be at level 2. The learner must achieve 8 credits from the mandatory units. A further 20 credits must be achieved by completing a minimum of 1 unit from each of the four optional areas:

  • Impression and Image
  • Delivery
  • Handling Problems
  • Development and Improvement
  • Technical Certificate Level 2 
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities 
  • Functional Skills at Level 1 in English and Maths
Entry Requirements
  • Basic Skills Assessment at Level 1.
  • Good attitude to learning.
  • Enthusiasm for the occupational area.
  • Willingness to achieve your goals.
  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • Employment in a Customer Service environment. 
What Next? On completion, learners can progress to a Level 3 Diploma.
Costs Apprenticeships are Government Funded, depending on age and circumstances.
