2. Quality Improvement
- Exceed national benchmarks for the quality of teaching and learning in all curriculum areas.
- Exceed national benchmarks for attendance and success in al curriculum areas.
- Further develop the breadth, accuracy and value of the self assessment process.
- Achieve year-on-year improvements in measures of learner/customer/stakeholder satisfaction.

3. Sustainable Operation
- Provide development opportunities for our staff to support the achievement of college priorities.
